The Adhesive-Free Architecture

We have eliminated toxic glues from the manufacturing process. The Ares-316 is a dual-state assembly held together entirely by precise mechanical geometry and 50 lbs of targeted vertical clamping force.

Socket & Pillar Geometry

95A TPU conical studs act as structural pillars, friction-locking into 1:1 negative-space sockets within the outsole. Engineered for zero lateral slide during 20mph cuts.

Continuous Perimeter Gasket

A dual-durometer TPU rim compresses under the Cam-Bolt tension to create a zero-tolerance, waterproof, and visually "invisible" seam in lifestyle mode.

The Phantom Key

The lock is engaged using a precision-milled Grade 5 Titanium L-tool that magnetically docks into a hidden vertical slot in the Kevlar heel spine.

Upper Core Kevlar®-Nylon Bio-Composite Engineered for zero-stretch. Prevents foot "spill-over" during elite athletic maneuvers and locks the foot to the chassis.
